Cancellation Policy
We at Bluepills4men do our best to fulfill placed all orders. In that case, please note that there can be Few orders that we are incapable of process and may require to be canceled. Reasons include limitations on the quantities available for purchase, out of stock, or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.
Our 24*7 service team will contact you if all or part of your order is canceled. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, this amount will revert to your Card Account.
- No payment receipt
- Unpaid orders are treated as canceled.
- Cancellation by the client
Please get in touch with our client service in case you wish to cancel the order. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be allowed to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped by us. In some cases, this can occur within 12 hours of placing the order.
Refunds
If the payout was by Credit Card, we will refund in Credit Card. If the mode of payment was Check/Money Order, we will return a Check/Money Order if it has not been deposited. The check/money order will only be sent to the buyer’s billing address.
Refunds are typically processed in less than 10 business days. In the event of funds by check or money order; it may take longer for the Check to be delivered to your billing address and for the payments to be credited to your account after the Check is deposited.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any delay in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as it is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
